📬 Failed Deliveries
If your order cannot be delivered due to any of the following reasons:
– Incorrect or incomplete shipping address,
– Unavailable recipient at the time of delivery,
– Customer refusal to accept the parcel,
Then the package will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. Any reshipping or refund (if applicable) will have the original shipping costs deducted.
🛑 Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receiving your package, we recommend:
– Inspecting the parcel for damage or tampering before signing.
– If the package is damaged, either refuse delivery or sign as “Damaged” and immediately contact us.
🗓️ Bank Holidays
– Deliveries are not made on bank holidays.
– Orders scheduled for delivery on a holiday will be delivered on the next working day.

100% of orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3-4 business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Conzuri) at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
